Appointments

New Clients

Appointments can ONLY be made online via our website or Schedulicity (above) in person or over the phone. Please do not email your scheduling preferences to the office, there is no guarantee that email requests can be returned within a 24 hour period.

Existing Clients

Feel free to text us to schedule.

To schedule an appointment online, click on "schedule now" above and follow the prompts. To schedule by phone please call us at 407-447-9017. If we're busy with other clients when you call, please feel free to leave a detailed message.

We will check and return all phone messages usually within a few hours (except if you’re calling on Sunday or during the evening. We encourage you to call as soon as you know you want to schedule an appointment as we do get booked in advanced.

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm (last appointment)
Two Saturdays Each Month - 9am to 3pm

In-Take FORM
Prior to your appointment please download and fill out the Client Health History In-take Form and bring it with you.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our waiting list, rising last-minute cancellations, and no-shows it has become necessary to charge for ALL no-shows or missed appointments without a 24-hour notice.
If you do not have a credit card on file, you will be invoiced. The appointment cancellation and no-show fee is $25.00
